4 /5 Myron Quon: We had a reservation for 9 at Joey DTLA today, but despite emailing our confirmation to a staff member 48 hours in advance, our reservation was lost when we arrived. No table, no prix fixe menu, and not the family-style shared meal we had planned.
That said, Tiffany at the front desk made it happen and got us seated on time. Jocelyn also stepped in and helped us put together a great compromise with shared appetizers and shared desserts, along with the best service we could have hoped for under the circumstances.
If any manager is reading this: huge shout out to Tiffany, and then Jocelyn. We do want to come back, but you are going to need to sweeten the pot.
