4 /5 Mark PM179: The menu is good - very classic steakhouse. The homemade salad dressings are great - but the edge goes to Thousand Island! NY Steak was seasoned impeccably and served well. However, inexplicably the baked potato was not thoroughly cooked, and neither were the French fries with the fried chicken. The seasoning for the fried chicken was AWOL. Using lots of salt and pepper with the table shakers werent enough to salvage it. Dark meat was cooked well, but wow was the white meat cooked to death and dry as the Mojave. Staff was pleasant and attentive. Probably wouldnt return but it does have a classic Redding vibe from the 1930s: was pretty classic.
