1 /5 Kris Smith: So this is our second time at this restaurant. The first time was just the same as this time. Same table, same food quality, same bad service. The restaurant was not busy and all the employees seem to hang out in the kitchen area rather than checking on their tables. The employees are not present during your dining experience. We sat down as a party of 6 and were asked what we want to drink. We gave our drink order and then we were immediately asked what we want to eat. My mom said they just sat down so we will need a couple of minutes. 15 minutes later we were still sitting there waiting. The floor manager came out of the kitchen area twice looked in our direction and turned around and walked back to the kitchen. The server Jessica was waiting on the table beside us so we asked her if there was someone who could take our order and she said you need to order and got an attitude with us like it was our fault that no one took our order sooner. She was very rude when taking our order as well. Her exact words were “what can I get for you, you, you, you, you, you” and then just walked away. The hamburgers are so greasy that it soaks the bun making it fall apart when you eat it. This time I got the beach bowl and I got one piece of pineapple in my bowl. I substituted the carnitas for the chicken and when the food runner brought my bowl he said who got the veggie bowl. I stated no one here got a veggie bowl and he said this is the same thing. So the employees don’t even know what they are serving. My dads food did not even come out with out food and my sons food was cold like they made it first and left it sitting there while they made the rest of the food. Not to mention the carnitas was very salty. No one asked if our food was okay. All our drinks were empty before she even offered to refill them. No one finished their food and not one person asked or cared. I have been in the food industry for over 30 years and fired employees for the type of service we got tonight. I pride myself on the experience and service I give to each one of my customers. There is no excuse for this type of experience. If you are going to spend your money do it somewhere else.
