Ichi Shabu - Fresno (CA)

5 /5 Alexis Cortez: I loved the ambiance. The service was great super attentive especially for our first time here. We did the shabu for two which was a great option as our first time doing hot pot. The lamb and money bag were our favorite. I will say that the cooking the food yourself was something to get used to but glad we chose to try this new place out.

5 /5 Lian Johnston: We had a great experience. The service was friendly. We had a reservation and had minimal wait time. My husband and I got the peach and melon green tea refresher which came with unlimited refills. Both were great and they even gave us a fresh refill cup to go. For appetizers we got the chizu pork katsu amd the nikku omurice. Both were great and very filling. We opted to get the shabu shabu set menu for two and chose the four protein option. They had a special and gave us an extra plate of sirloin. We chose another plate of sirloin, 2 portions of pork and 1 plate of lamb. There was way too much food and we could not finish it. They bagged us the rest of the food to go. Overall a great meal and we will be back!

5 /5 Tony Yang: Wanted to give a shot-out to Lucy our server. She did an absolutely amazing job. And the owner is also a heck of a guy. He is very attentive and professional. Lucy was so patient with us and very knowledgeable. Food was amazing and atmosphere was awesome. We will definitely becoming back for more.
