1 /5 Art G.: if I consistently want my burgers to be medium or medium rare, I can ALWAYS count them cooking that way. nothing reassures me more about food poisoning than taking a bite of a perfectly charred burger only for it to be bleeding on the inside in the end. this place was amazing when it first opened, but the food quality has come down a bit. I rather fork over $20 to other burger places for fully cooked burgers than to come here again.
update August 11, 2024- nothing has changed, still serving up raw burgers. added picture. the manager made it right by making a new burger, but putting out these burgers without any quality control will cause their customers to get sick.
