I just want to say thank you .,to the great customer service that is giving and thank you to the cooks and all the employees they all have amazing attitudes great personality and great customer service. 1 /5 R O: Today was the very last time I buy food here. 95% of the time I place an order they make my food wrong. I called in early to order me a torta before going to work and when I get to work and check on my food it was missing tomatoes in it. How hard is it to get someone’s order right???? This is not a science, engineering, chemistry or mechanic type of job. This is a restaurant. You’d think it’d be easy to just make a damn sandwich right but apparently it’s not, at least not for them. I’d be okay if the mistake only happened here and there but it happens ALL THE TIME. I hope the owner address these problems because apparently it happens to a lot of people as well judging from the reviews I’ve read. If not it’ll continue to drive customers away. Went to Green Valley Cafe and it was faster, better tasting and great customer service.

3 /5 Alexandria Watson: It’s ok, if you order anything make it a taco. I have ordered 3 burritos at different times, all super, and none of them had salsa, cheese or sour cream. $11.99 is too much for a regular burrito with the salsa missing and way too much for a burrito with all the extras missing. I had to put my own sour cream and salsa on when I got home. The quesabirria soup helped but that’s not what I ordered.

My sister ordered a cake from their bakery and not only did they not give her the design she asked for (they did something COMPLETELY different), but they also didnt make it the right flavor. She ordered a tres leches and it seems they didnt even bother putting one milk in there. They gave us a dry cake that I know I couldve just made myself at home. My 3 year old was so excited for her Coraline cake. They gave my sister free candles for the mistake. Yes, she still paid full price because we needed a cake for my daughters birthday. Lesson definitely learned.

1 /5 Jess M: I watched a girl making my Bread with her bare hands spread the butter all over my bread with her hand, no gloves nothing. After she was just touching the door handles that customers grab too. Vomit, atleast wash them first. Disgusting
