1 /5 Ben R: Went in for dinner with my family and was seated first by a young male hostess. We got our menus and as we are waiting for the server an older grey hair and mustache pointed to the hostess with an attitude that not there(whatever that meant). The hostess comes back and notifies us that the server notified the manager we had to move from the booth because we had our infants carseat. Our booth was located next to the wall not blocking anyones way or any other booth. Even the young male apologize and said it didn’t make sense to move us. The restaurant wasn’t even full but I guess the server doesn’t like children, he already had an attitude since the beginning. We gladly left and went to another restaurant to avoid any more bad service. The service is a joke, the place has gone down in the last couple of years. Take your hard earned money somewhere else where it’s valued.

5 /5 Trending Nordic: I had a really great meal. I had the three item plate with an additional item for $6. I had brisket, ribs, hot link sausage, and bbq chicken. It came with a cornbread muffin and one side. I chose french fries (wedge style). After dinner I had the brownie and ice cream desert. My friend had a similar meal but with catfish. This meal was really good and the service was also good. Update: Im not changing the stars but I was disappointed on my last visit. I ordered a burger medium and it came out like charcoal. Medium is light pink in the middle. They took the burger off my bill and they were friendly about everything. I was told they have to cook well done which might be a company policy OR it could be a cook that hasnt a clue how to cook medium. Its not only this restaurant. I dont know if its a regional custom or not but so many places literally burn the burger and for egg dishes burn the eggs. Stop overcooking food.

5 /5 Wes spinner: Stopped in for lunch. Lunch specials 3 meat combo is a great deal Everything was really tasty and seasoned well. For $20 it was very good and filling. My server was very polite and kept my drink full.

The chicken was hot, crispy, and seasoned well, with a good balance of crunch and tenderness. The mac and cheese was creamy and rich, with a noticeable buttery flavor that paired well with the meal. The chili was hearty, flavorful, and had a solid mix of beans and meat, making it a strong side option rather than a simple filler. The cornbread was soft and slightly sweet, rounding the plate out nicely. Portions were generous, the food came out quickly, and everything tasted fresh. Overall, this was a satisfying and well-executed comfort meal. I would return for the chicken alone, but the sides make it an even better value.

4 /5 Don Nguyen: As I entered, I was immediately greeted and seated. I was looking to try to fried chicken with barbecue but they were out. I opted for the chopped pork. I was hoping for something juicier but overall tasty. If you had to put a sauce on it, Id recommend the Devil Spit: wonderfully smokey with just a kick of heat. I chose the macncheese as my side. I was informed there was jalapeño in it but did not expect there was also corn. It a decent but had it a better cheese crust on top, it really wouldve been better. Overall, it was a great deal for quality barbecue. Crystal was my server and was very friendly. She seemed to be very on top of her whole section, checking in to make sure all her tables were doing well.
