2 /5 Marisol Flores: Came here to celebrate our friends wedding on the day they were married, which we noted on the reservation. Despite this, we were seated in the lounge rather than the main dining room. Eating a full dinner at low lounge tables was uncomfortable and awkward, and we were never offered the option to sit in the restaurant side.
Typically, when you choose a fine dining restaurant for a special occasion, there is at least some acknowledgment of the celebration. Unfortunately, neither the host nor our server acknowledged our friends wedding. When we finally mentioned it, the response was a quick "congratulations," and nothing more. Even a small gesture or verbal acknowledgment from the staff would have made the experience feel more thoughtful.
Overall, I had higher expectations for this restaurant. The lack of care and attention was disappointing, and for a $270 tab, we could have had a much better experience elsewhere.
