3 /5 Vitaliy Prokopets: I really wanted to give them 5 stars. But I am usually very critical of Mexican food and some might even say have high standards :) I’m used to Bay Area Mexican food standards so I guess I’m spoiled. I ordered a carne asada burrito. It was very moist which I liked. But the seasoning on the meat did not impress me. Overall a mediocre burrito.
The salsa that comes with chips is very mild but full of flavor. I personally prefer the spicier stuff but they didn’t have the option. I asked for salsa verde and was able to try it. It wasn’t bad but I am used to a heavier tomatillo content. This one seemed lacking tomatillos. The chips were great though!
I loved the service and I think this place is a decent sit down Mexican food in the area. However I much prefer El Favorito for the burritos.
