1 /5 Vanessa Gaxiola-Henderson: This place was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Made a reservation for Friday night to celebrate my moms birthday, the manager Erica was super friendly, nice, and amazing when making the reservation. When getting there the server looked stress out already and was trying to make us order stuff we didnt want! I was ordering we orders of fries and she kept trying to bring us 3 then kept on pushing alcohol on me when I had already mentioned to her that I didnt drink( I believe this was to get our check to be high since they automatically add 18% tip). This mad me very uncomfortable. After allllll of our plates FINALLY came out since it took them 15 mins to get EVERYTHING out getting out tortillas, lime, onions, ect was the WORST the runner was RUDE TO MY MOM! When it was HER birthday we were there for. We then asked to speak to a manager when she came to us she herself was RUDE saying that it wasnt the runners fault which we never said it was all we needed for her to understand was that he was RUDE not that there might habe been a misunderstanding or miscommunication between the workers. The food was NOT good and like i had mentioned it had taken long to receive(it wasnt busy at ALL for a Friday night there was only 2 other big tables and 3 small ones NOT busy) i paid for them to sing to her and give her the whole show when they did it was sooooo BAD they TRICKED her NOT once BUT twice and didnt even give her the show she DESERVED with the sparklers. Will never go again and dont do it either WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY, AND MONEY!!!!!!!!!

4 /5 Manuel Cortez: We visited Culichi Town in Ontario on a busy Saturday night during Valentine’s Day weekend, so we expected a wait time of about 30 minutes, which was reasonable. However, the service left a lot to be desired. I ordered the 14-ounce steak, and my wife got oysters and sushi. My steak arrived much earlier than her food, which wasn’t a big deal, but the real issue was that it came without silverware. I had to ask for it three times, yet it was never brought to my table. After waiting about 15 minutes, I finally went up front to request silverware myself and asked if they could reheat my steak. At that point, I didn’t care if it ended up overcooked—I just wanted it hot. A manager came over, apologized, and went above and beyond to make things right. Her professionalism and attentiveness are the only reasons this review is four stars instead of two. She ensured we were taken care of, which I truly appreciated. As for the food, the steak was just okay, but my wife really enjoyed her sushi. The drinks were fantastic. The live music was a nice touch, but the musicians only played one or two songs on stage; the rest of the time, they were performing at the bar in the back. This was disappointing because part of the appeal of live music is actually getting to see the performance, but for most of the night, only the drummer was visible from our seats. It would be much better if they stayed on stage throughout the night. Despite the service hiccups, the overall vibe of the restaurant was enjoyable. Would I recommend it? I’m honestly not sure. It has its highlights, but there were enough issues to make me hesitate.

5 /5 Linda Beltran: Staff was amazing making sure to check up on us every now and then. The horchata and food was BOMB!! We got seated right away on a Friday at 6pm ish. Music was a great vibe

2 /5 AS: OVERPRICED!!! The ambience and atmosphere is all good. Pescado Zarenedandado was $35!!!! Thats too much!!! Fish taco entree comes with only 1 taco. It should be at least 3 tacos, for the price!. The service is good, dessert choices - rock bites are great. For two people if you order , it will be $100 or more with drinks, tips and 2 entrees and appetizers!!! Just too much!! But all their entrees are all very pricey. Will not recommend to go there.

2 /5 Justin: We stopped by Saturday afternoon, the interior of this place is nice but dont let looks deceive you. Upon entering we were greeted and told we would be seated and than promptly told it would be a 10-15 minute wait by someone else. We were seated and a server came up and took our initial drinks quickly and appetizer, guacamole. Roughly 10 minutes later it came out, the guacamole was 12 bucks and it was basic at best. Our main course was Spicy Tuna and 2 shrimp tacos. In the mean time 2 tables have been seated and both of the tables ended up walking out because they werent getting service, that was strange and one of them had 8 people. A lot of staff running around and nobody paying attention to the customers, the music is waaaaayyyyy tooooo louuuudddd. Im trying to eat lunch not sit in a club, you wouldve thought management would notice? Guess not. The spicy tuna was ok and the shrimp tacos were over cooked, they were displayed nice and we spent 50 bucks for it all, this place looks nice on the inside but a lot is left to be desired. This place doesnt know what its trying to be. Im not coming back.
