1 /5 Andreia Eddings: Misleading Wait Time and Poor Customer Service
Im extremely disappointed with my recent experience with your store. I had scheduled a pick-up order for 7:20 PM and called ahead at 5:15 PM to see if it could be ready sooner. I was told to expect a 30-35 minute wait, which I agreed to. However, upon arrival, I was informed that my order wasnt even started and I would have to wait an additional 30-35 minutes. Despite explaining the prior phone conversation, I was left waiting, and to make matters worse, I saw customers who placed and paid orders while I was waiting that received their orders right after. At 7:10 I was informed that the kitchen had run out of butter causing a further delay. When I asked when would it be expected to be ready I was told they could not give me a time. If I had known the true wait time, I would have adjusted my schedule accordingly, and had waited but due to the whole situation I ended cancelling a $200 order. And unfortunately, due to this awful experience I will not be placing any future orders.
