4 /5 SeeTheWorld: This was our first time at Cheung Sheng and we enjoyed it. We shared egg rolls, pepper chicken (I think), broccoli with spicy garlic sauce, and veggie chow mein. The egg rolls were very crispy. The filling was different, the ingredients were pureed instead of minced. The chicken was tasty, although there was a lot of celery and no peppers. The spicy garlic sauce on the broccoli was the highlight. It was delicious! The chow mein noodles were fresh and soft. Portions were generous. We were excited to find a good, local Chinese restaurant downtown.
