1 /5 Rose: Just stopped by to pick up some food for my daughter. The red haired heavy set employee at the front was extremely rude. Ignored me for a few minutes before I asked for help. She didnt even ask what I needed help with and just pointed to the self help kiosk and told me to order there very rudely. She shouldnt be in the service industry with the customer service she gives. I ordered a online pick up order with a bacon cheeseburger without ketchup or mustard but with easy mayo. They made it wrong the first time and after they remade it, they gave me extra mayo and raw bacon. I understand work friends stick together but she was in the wrong. Never coming here again.

1 /5 J M: On the 8/11/25 I went through the drive thru on the first lane they asked me to please wait, which i said yes, are car pulls up next to me and they proceed to take their order. And I was like, okay, she forgot about me. Thats fine.I thought it was first come first serve and I let it go. Now today 8/20/25 the same thing happens they ask me to wait which i did this and once the other vehicle pulls up to the next stall they take her order right away!!!! No and they were going to tell "well be right with you" no not again.

1 /5 Jba: It’s been three weeks now and the Burger King in Colusa still doesn’t have DoorDash available for breakfast. Every morning I check, and every morning it’s the same story—unavailable. What’s the point of offering delivery if it’s never turned on when people actually want to use it? Very disappointing and not what I expect from a big-name fast food place.
