5 /5 Beth Jacobs: Franklin (not sure if he is a busser, food runner, or what…..hardest worker in the entire restaurant). When we asked him what his role is, he just expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to earn his way. Wow! Joey was our bartender/server. He has a personality that I would come back for regularly. Not sure who was on the station that cooked my steak perfectly but to be honest I had low expectations but was very pleasantly surprised. Best experience at a chain restaurant that I have had in a long time. Even the manager, Charles, checked in and poured me a glass of wine. I will be returning, likely as a regular very specifically because of the staff though the food and drinks were good as well

4 /5 Michael Ray: Hanna was our waitress and she was great. She made sure my date and I were well taken care of. I was also very impressed that she knew what a blue stake was and her knowledge of a stake eater was exemplary because she did not even bring me a stake sauce because if someone wants there stake blue then they dont want to ruin the taste of there stake with a stake sauce. Although my stake was a little tough to cut but I believe it was because the knives are not sharp at all because the stake also tasted great.

5 /5 Dirk Dutton: This place is great -- really good food, at really good prices. I ordered a Classic Cheeseburger with fries, two kids grilled cheese sandwiches, each with side of cole slaw (substituting for french fries), and an extra side order of onion rings. It all cost about $30, and the quality of the food was top notch. The beef they use for their hamburgers is super lean and practically melts in your mouth, and the patty is Big -- at least two inches thick. The grilled cheese was delicious and they make a great, fresh cole slaw. I ordered the food to go, but the dining areas looked clean and inviting, and they have a beautifully decorated bar in the center of the restaurant. I was chatting with a local patron who told me they make a trip over here every weekend to enjoy their signature margaritas...."that are to die for". I didnt get her name, but my server was welcoming, and extremely patient with me as I asked her about the various items on the menu I was curious about. My receipt had the name Baily written at the top, and the management should know what a terrific representative she is for your restaurant. I can recommend this Applebees to anyone looking for a restaurant thats friendly, with cozy ambiance, terrific food, and fair prices. Bring your family -- 10 star rating here for sure!
