1 /5 Susan Barnett: We “checked in” yesterday. Given our room and all details. Got to room it was 2 doubles. We booked months ago a king room. Went back to desk and was told sorry this is the only room we have. Next desk person got involved said sorry no kings available. We checked out. Very sad service we had a king room booked no one bothered to tell us it was a different room. No one apologized or attempted to compensate in any way. Terrible way to run a business. We had dinner reservations. Must be nice a business can walk away from $800+ dollars of a reservation.
