There wasn’t even one paper filed with the county to indicate change of ownership. Any thing that was filed, I had to do myself.

They just want their money and brush their clients cases off. Mitchell St John I thought he was great. Ive had a couple family law lawyers and I think theres always a personality factor in the lawyer you choose. You need to work well together and also to accept they can be really busy. Hes there when you need him though and hell take care of your case. I also feel like he undercharged substantially for what he did. Overall it was a win for sure.

Leonard Cummings My wife and I needed a family law attorney. We were in desperate need to get grandparents visitation for our granddaughter. This was not just something we wanted, it was desperately needed since our granddaughters mother was continuously placing her in absolute danger. After Rich explained to us that it is difficult to gain grandparents rights, but he believed he could. As soon as the mother found out we were taking her to court she moved a week before she was served. Rich hired a private detective and located her in natomas, where they served her. To make a long story short, we got granted grandparents visitation and now a year later we went for full custody and won. Thank you Rich from the bottom of our hearts.
