Kimberly Vaughan I cannot say enough great things about this office. The front staff are kind and helpful. The office was clean and the wait was shorter than what we have experienced elsewhere. Once in with the doctor, I found a very thorough exam, actual dialogue, concern for my health and an action plan! I did not feel like someone was "checking boxes" of questions, but actually building a rapport with me, as a partner in my health.

Dee Riley Iade an appointment way before COVID and had it scheduled.. then when COVID started they called to cancel my appointment. Two years later I called again to get an appointment and they said they would put my name on the call back list. Never heard from them again so I guess I wont be going there. Poor customer service.

Or getting them to get info on my insurances Took MONTHS. THEIR BACK OFFICE NEEDS TO BE IMPROVED!! Once I was told their answering machine is broken. A bit hard to believe with the size of the office. So it’s been broken for how many months??

Roy Davis Terrible service! Impossible to reach anyone , and when you do they constantly dick you around to the point it’s so aggravating that you no longer want to deal with them. Been trying to get a primary care provider for almost a year. Yet to see it. Appointments are almost 4 months out.

Preston P This is the worst and most dangerous place I have ever been. After telling them repeatedly that I wasnt suicidal and had no plans to harm myself or others, they had the sheriff come handcuff me and shove me in the back of his truck. Now I not only am depressed, I have a serious case of PTSD and no trust in mental health professionals. Nice going

Roman Hartmann Came in at 10pm, got full friendly service, xray, time with the doctor etc and was out 2 hours later. People were friendly, and I was processed quickly.

Pixi The wait was short. The staff was knowledgeable and very attentive. I appreciate their kindness and the way in which they treated us and our son. They were very thorough and thoughtful. One of the best emergency room experiences Ive had. Thank you, nurses, and Dr. Adam!
