P Igor Im originally Russian Orthodox. I live in the Gilroy area and was looking for an Orthodox based church for my family and myself. I found St. Elias and decided to visit. I reached out to Fr. Sebastian regarding some questions and he was amazing at answering all of them. The location is easy to find. The service is very traditional Orthodoxy which I love. Everyone is very welcoming and warm, I felt nervous the first time, but everyone made feel welcomed, its hard to explain how amazing it felt in words. This congregation is wonderful. I highly recommend St. Elias to anyone wanting to open their faith in Christ. Its an excellent church for anyone. I am blessed to have found it.

Ronald Shinomoto I really enjoyed attending this church a few weeks ago. The people there were very warm and friendly, and I really enjoyed being in their company. It is also ideal for little kids since there is a recreational room and a play area outside. The location is ideal and parking is easy to find. I would definitely come back again if I am in the area.

I am SO thankful a Hayward campus has been around for 3 years to continue sharing this amazing news and love to Hayward and the surrounding cities. My husband and I did and we found an amazing church family. As Jesus welcomes you with open arms so does the Resonate members. Theres a ministry for the children too. If you dont know how much Jesus loves you then you need to check out Resonate Church on Sunday either 9am or 11am service and open your heart and let Jesus fill it with his love.

Bob Simoni I think this is a great place for a liberal-minded person looking for a community of like-minded churchgoers for whom social justice is a big priority. You wont be forced to profess faith in any creed, but instead will be encouraged to seek out your own personal truths. The location is great since it backs to the San Lorenzo Creek and has its own parking lot. The church was refurbished not too long ago so has all the comforts one would expect such as a kitchen area, outdoor tables, meeting rooms, and multiple bathrooms. There are always nice treats after service which often include home-made pies and cookies because several members like to bake. Certainly worth coming in for a visit! :-)

After I found it, I realized that Ive been a Unitarian Universalist all my adult life, I just didnt know it. I appreciate its acceptance of all people, its democratic process, and its work on justice issues. We all know that virtually all of the work in a group is done by a handful of people, but thats not true of this group--there are more than forty people actively engaged in its various ministries!
