Greg Trumbo Weve had our Rav4 repaired here twice, and their work was perfect! We wanted to make sure that we found a place that wouldnt have issues matching the paint so we called our local dealer and they quickly recommended Tracy Collision, and we are very happy they did. We setup an appointment with Sal, who was very knowledgable and friendly. Once we had the quote done, we scheduled the work and they took it in. All work was completed in the estimated time (if not sooner) that they gave us. It came out as good as it was when it came off the lot. They worked directly with our insurance so it was a very smooth process. Any time we have work needed, we will be going to them!

P These people are great. They are certified and did an impeccable job on our F-Type R. We used them again when someone backed into my wife’s Range Rover and when my Toyota got hit at the airport. Whether you have a Kia or a Ferrari you can trust them to take care of it.

Michael Arellano I hadn’t been in an accident in many years so I was nervous about the whole process and Central Valley Collision really took care of me. The process was seamless and quick! Within 3 days I had my front bumper, grill, and headlight replaced on my 2021 BMW 330i. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my car! Taiyeb Raniwala Paint didn’t match and when I brought up, they didn’t think it was a big deal. They think that a wash and wax they offer after 30 days is enough. I’ve had body damage on this vehicle before and the other shop I’ve taken it to, there has never been a paint difference.

Ryan Jackson I only went here because AAA told me to. I will be taking my issues up with AAA as well. All I can say is if you need your car fixed don’t go here. Called me to come get my car said it would be ready by 5:30. I waited til 4:30 and decided I’d take my rental back and be ready to get my car. As I’m on my way to get my car i get a call saying it’s not gonna be ready. It will be ready the following day. Fine whatever it happens. Just wish they Could’ve let me know earlier so I didn’t return my rental. The next day comes I get no calls about my car all day or the status. So I call in at 4:30 myself. I speak to a lady She said she’s gonna check on the status comes back on the phone and says my car will be ready by 5:30. They are just washing it for me and doing a detail. I show up at 5:15 not only was my car not washed or detailed. They are still trying to fix it. No call no nothing just an outright lie. I was told by the lady upfront. Nothing but excuses after that, and she honestly could’ve cared less. At this point, I’m pretty upset because I was straight up. Lied to. I speak to Gerardo the owner. Of course he apologizes and gets my car finished and they do a express cleaning Because at this point, I’m upset and just want to leave this place. However, upon getting my car back Gerardo Let me know they broke one of the tail lights they were installing so then I would have to come back once they have the part in. I also noticed some dents and dings in my car that I didn’t realize before I dropped it off. They tell me they were already there and apparently have some kind of pictures. Who knows when they took them I can’t prove it so I just have to accept it. However, I see other posts that complain of the same thing at this place. They also tell I can’t wash my car for 30days to let paint cure. This is because they don’t have a facility to properly do the painting of cars. All I can say don’t go here they’re not trustworthy. I have to go back on my own time on a Saturday told they were open at 9 AM. People are already waiting outside because no one shows up until 9:05 AM. I get my light fixed and leave of course the owner is not there on a Saturday so I can’t speak to him. I’m sure they will post some lie to dispute everything I’ve said, but trust me this place is no good. Don’t go here!!!

Arah Evans My check engine light came on yesterday for about 5 hours then turned off after getting gas. I was hesitant to bring the car in for fear of paying for something I dont actually need, but Im very glad i did. They did a thorough diagnostic and couldnt find any obvious problems, and offered to do an oil change since I was past due. I definitely feel relieved that I could trust them to be honest about the condition of my car. Was worth the $150 for peace of mind, and to now have a mechanic I can trust. Thank you and shout out to the mechanic, Nate for going over everything in detail with me that he did for my car.

Luis Angel Solorio Sonny, is the worst. Horrible communication skills. Called later to get a quote on how much it would be to service my car, said he would call back in 30 mins with an estimate. Never heard back. This is after I spent $600 plus for a diagnostics and a battery change at their shop, that supposedly was ‘bad’. They are very over priced, let alone rude. AAA recommended this shop for the silly %10 off… that’s just a gimmick. Will call and let them know how unprofessional these people are. And that %10 is pure bull

Jocelyn Soriano On my way home, I was smelling burning rubber under my car due to my shield cover dragging and smelling through my vents. I called Caliber collision in Tracy and right away they took my car in to remove the cover and throw it away. They were very helpful and quick to remove my shield cover. Luckily the owner of the car agreed to a pre-purchase inspection so we met at Japanese Auto Service. The shop had a nice waiting area with a TV and even coffee. The mechanic did a thorough inspection and let us both know the status of the car. He was very honest and mentioned that nothing needs immediate fixing but if something breaks down in the future, he can fix it. Super friendly.
