Max Harris Had rear main seal and oil pan gasket replaced due to a leak and both still leak. I asked them about the oil being low and they told me it was prob blow by because my truck is high miles. I was being lazy and didnt climb under my truck to inspect so a little over a year later and 15k miles I went back and they told me the valley pan was leaking so I got that done. Then I closely watch the oil and it was still leaking. I came back found out the oil pan and rear main seal was still leaking. They told me they wouldnt fix it because legally have to. They wanted to charge me $1000 to cover their labor cost. I live 40min away and had to leave my truck there about 6 times for multiple days each time burning gas and time. What about.my money and costs/time? They also used fipg on a gasket that doesnt need it. Another shop told me that is why its prob leaking. Their response was, "thats how they do it to make sure it doesnt leak." I wouldnt recommend coming here because even though time had passed and they didnt, "legally" have to warrenty the job they should have. I paid them in total around $2400 to fix a oil leak and my truck still leaks from the most expensive places to fix. Also I was a returning customer and so is my father. Thanks for nothing Brian

Jared Martino This is the best customer service I have gotten in years. I never leave reviews but these guys earned it. They guaranteed to get tires in stock and put on same day. The truck delivering the tires was in a wreck. They actually closed down the other location early and sent the serviceman to the distributor to get my tires and stayed open an hour later to put them on. They were honest and hardworking people that havent lost sight of good customer service and a guarantee you can count on. Give them business over these large chains the wont disappoint you.

They are very professional about their work and handle communication superbly! They are a family-run business by very honest people. Ive never been treated so well at a shop that I can remember. Luis Hernandez This place is a diamond in a rough. While camping up at Bullards reservoir, I got what I thought was a small leak in my tire. I drove into Marysville and ended up at GTO tire because all other places were busy. When I first got there, I was skeptical because of how quiet it seemed. But once greeted, I was feeling a lot better about this place. The gentleman who helped me out was named Jacob. He was excellent, very kind, and very informative from the get-go. I thought I needed to repair a small leak on my rear truck tire. The first issue that Jacob overcame was me not having my wheel lock socket on me. He proceeded to find one and was able to remove my wheel. What a relief! He suggested that I take pic so that I may order the wheel lock to have on hand because I would need it. When the wheel was removed, and he inspected it, he pointed out that it was actually a cracked rim. Unfortunately, they did not have one there. Jacob was nice enough to offer to find one on Ebay for me. He proceeded to take out the spare tire under my truck and installed that one. Our truck was packed with camping stuff, and I had no room to put my huge mud tire and rim in the back. First, Jacob offered to hold the wheel, but I mentioned it would not work as I lived 3 hours away. He went out of his way to install the huge wheel where my spare tire was, so I did not have to shift items in my truck to make the wheel fit. I am very picky when it comes to customer service as I was in customer service for over 10 years myself. It is very rare that I am impressed by great customer service, but Jacob really impressed me. I recommend this location even if it is a small way from the downtown area. You won’t regret it. I believe this place was very economical for all the work Jacob performed. Jacob did a wonderful job so much that we tipped him. I suggest you do the same if you can afford to as customer service this good is extremely rare these days. Jacob, keep up the great work, buddy. They tried ripping me off in major ways. I promise you if you look around, there is plenty of honest great mechanics. It only took me a few phone calls to figure this out.

Loy Conklin I had a very long list of problems with my 1967 ford truck. Joy knew exactly what to do to get it squared away. Joy instills great confidence with her in-depth knowledge of these older vehicles. And, she charged much less than I expected. Definitely recommend. !

Marquis hardin im up in the air about my carb its been almost a month in the shop my work needs my truck , they should have pre-informed me about how long i could have brought it to some one els just as good or better. Im still waiting, how long now I dont know when i call they no nothing about my name or buisness sighs about a week been a month im loosing money i need my carb back or complete

Daniel McDonald Customer service terrible. Can only do Harley’s and charge almost as much. Ide rather have the dealership do the work on my bike. Tried to convince me I needed carb rebuild when, I knew and Harley confirmed it was only a lose gas cap and one of the lines was pinched after they looked at it, the bike sounded worse than before they inspected it.

Miles Murphy Called in to verify prices on tire rotation, and tire balance, I was told 30 dollars, I again verified that price was for rotation, AND balance, I was assured it was both. I made an appointment, drove in to town (I don’t live near by), checked in, signed in, and again kept repeating tire rotation AND balance. The front desk employee, indirectly told me they check the balance. After inquiring again, I finally found out there is a fee for each tire they balance, over 30 dollars each. I was tricked in to coming in for service , so they could get my vehicle on the rack, and get the up charge at the end, total scam, hopefully this isn’t typical of Midas facilities, what a waste of time. American tire does rotation and balance for 40 dollars, and once they have maintained your tires, it is free on the next visit.
