Wyatt H: Good way exchange you change to cash or gift cards. Conveniently located inside the Safeway store. The machine does take a percentage of your money if you exchange it for cash. But, as of the last time I used it, you could turn your change into gift cards (i.e. Amazon, Home Depot, etc.) and there is no charge. You get the amount you put in of change on a piece of paper which acts like a gift card at the place you choose.
