1 /5 Daniel Granzow: This is the worst business I have ever dealt with for using an auto loan. They make you pay a $5 fee to make a payment from your checking account. Paid by ACH. And when I made my one and only payment, because I paid it off they hold my title hostage for 60 days. They have my money but I cant get my title. Costumer service is awful too. DONT USE THIS BANK !!!!!
