We were happy with our current policies but knew that he was recommended through financial peace University so we thought we would look into it and compare quotes. He saved us hundreds of dollars on our policies and we even got better coverage that was more appropriate. It was so refreshing to be able to lean on his knowledge so that we were appropriately covered on our policies. I would highly recommend Carson!

We switched from another provider and Carson was able to save us approximately $500 per year with our Auto and Home combined. Carson was extremely helpful and caring throughout the entire process and very quick to respond. 1 /5 C T: The customer service is worse than horrible it is non existent! Every time we called the person answering the phone told us Ashlee (our broker) would return our call. After many months and more than six phone calls, Ashlee was finally the person that answered the phone. We spoke to Ashlee about the issues we needed addressed on our policy and Ashlee said she would handle them and get back to us, which she never did. We are still waiting for Ashlee to submit the documentation to receive up to a 25% discount on our Fair Plan policy. Now that our policy is coming up for renewal and since our policy issues are still unresolved we are changing brokers for the renewal.

Carson was very friendly and helpful, working with me to find coverage that met my familys need and saved us almost $1000 annually in the process. I really appreciated his concern for my best interests and will work with him going forward.

1 /5 Greg Harvey: I have been a client for several years beginning with Beach Insurance and Carson Beach prior to them selling the business. Carson was terrific as was their staff. VP apparently took over my polices when Carson moved on. In December of 2022 I cancelled my workmans comp policy because I no longer had an employee. My annual premium was $481 and I paid it monthly, the new term beginning in August of 2022. After cancellation, Hartford continued to bill me for the remaining balance. They wanted me to pay the full year even though I only had the policy 4-1/2 months this term. I will write a review on Hartford as well and take this to the California Department of Insurance. While they may be "legally correct" that they can collect all of it, it does not make it fair. I work thru independent agents with insurance to be my advocates and to get help when I need it. Today marked the worst customer service experience I have EVER had with an independent agent. I had a 3 way call with Hartford and Amber at VP. She was condescending, acted annoyed, and refused to see my side of the issue. During the call, she told Hartford--"the client does not want to pay it, you would have to decide if you choose to waive the rest of the premium". There was absolutely no empathy for my concern. There was no "Mr. Harvey, I understand your point of view, lets see what we can do". If you are looking for service from an independent agent, this is not the one. There are way too many others out there that would attempt to treat a client with respect.
