5 /5 Bryna Christensen: My journey with Vida Sana began over a year ago when I first signed up for classes. To be honest, I felt a little out of my depth. I was worried that my inexperience might hold back the class—though I quickly learned that wasn’t true at all! However, I ended up quitting not long after I started, feeling discouraged.
Fast forward to a few months ago: I saw that Vida Sana was offering a beginner’s series and immediately wanted to join, but I missed the cutoff. Thankfully, another series opened up, and I jumped on the chance. And wow—am I glad I did! This beginner’s series was just what I needed, moving at a comfortable pace that helped me gain confidence, not just in the equipment but in how to move my body.
Since finishing the beginner’s series, I’ve signed up for eight sessions a month, and now I genuinely look forward to my twice-weekly classes. I even wish I could go daily! Ive had classes with several instructors, and each one has their own unique way of teaching that continually inspires me and helps me learn.
