1 /5 Dante R: I called Vic’s office to review my policy before the renewal, however the girl who answered the phone said that he’s very busy with other customers and has no time to see me. If I have any question, I should discuss it with her. I wasn’t sure of her qualifications, so I insisted on meeting with him. She put me on hold to check with him when I told her that I’ll take my business someplace else. After all, she scheduled me to see him four days later. BTW she was a very nice and polite person. I was very disappointed waiting four days and I decided to take my business some place else. He called me afterwards, finding all kind of excuses. PS: Not only that, couple of years ago I just found out that if I have my house bolted to the foundation and certified by a contractor, I could save money. Being with his agency for so many years I lost quite a bit of money because he didn’t tell me about it.
