5 /5 Juliann C: This is by far my favorite yoga studio in Humboldt County. The studio is decorated in such a way you immediately feel calm when you enter. The items for sale are unique and yoga clothes are of high quality. The classes are spread out and offer a good variety. I especially love Heathers Hot Vinyasa class. This studio is very clean and has an accessible immaculate bathroom. Classes are reasonably priced and parking is close and convenient. Recommend this studio to all of my friends.

The staff and instructors have such great energy, and clearly love what they do. Besides from being talented, knowledgeable and passionate they will challenge you, you will not get bored! Super cute boutique too with quality clothes, accessories and more!

The program offered a rich variety of videos and learning materials, all beautifully taught by inspiring instructors. I loved the small class size, which allowed us to form close connections and practice in small student groups. The support, care, and scholarship I received made a profound difference, and I’m so grateful for this transformative experience. I now feel inspired to share the magic and healing of yoga with others on my teaching journey.

Sabrina Miller: Amazing energy from the moment you walk through the front door. The staff always welcomes you and makes you feel right at home. The teachers are fantastic and personable. There’s an excellent variation of different types of classes that anyone can find something to suit their style of yoga. Very clean and peaceful atmosphere. They have a great selection of teas to choose from and a really nice sauna complimentary to all students. Best yoga studio in Arcata!
