    Janelle Varada: I was with Mercury for many years and have switched to Farmers. Derek and his team have gone above and beyond in explaining and triple checking every discount available to me and because they care so much about the clients, they have taken a personal interest in lowering my cost. Derek was referred by a friend in that area and he was kind enough to take me on even in another city as I live in Los Angeles They are sympathetic due to this hard economic climate and do everything in their power to make it affordable so I will be protected in these times of SUE HAPPY. I do not want to risk losing my home or going broke for some crooked bandit to leave me without the proper coverage. I will now look into a life insurance policy as I would hate to be kicked out of my home if something should happen to my husband because I could not now afford to pay the mortgage without my husbands part and this really worries me as we all have to check out sooner or later and I dont want to live my older age on the streets. Being with Framers a reputable company gives me peace of mind. Derek and Gina Thank you for being compassionate human beings not just some hard sell agents.

    PROVIDENCE Majesty Doll: This is a very nice place but the manager needs to work on her customer service skills. When I arrived I was standing in line and unfortunately Reyna had to help me, and instead she said "You need to go to the sitting area where someone will help you as soon as they can." Pointing to the sitting area I walked over, sat there, watched Reyna help 3 other customers and aproximately 20 minutes later I got up and tried talking to the Supervisor but she was in a meeting. Long story short I bounced back and forth until finally Reyna sat with us in one of the back desks. Only to leave again to wash her hands and made us wait another 7minutes!! By now we had been in the bank too long and finally just to tell us she couldnt help us because I needed A 3rd identification after SHE SAID all I needed was my social and ID. It waS a total waste of time and the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. Watch out when you go there because they might think you are a Bouncing ball.
