They used to have really good service initially and was part of the reason I signed up through them. but over the years I could see this go down year over year. Every renewals was a painful process where I had to email and call them multiple times just to get them to made changes and amendments to the policy. After many weeks of calls and no callback from them, I have decided to finally move on and ended up saving several hundred dollars in the process. I am giving 2 starts for the past service I received. If I had to score them for the current service, I would probably give no stars.
