Mathilde Delcroix: The staff is very kind, and the jewelry selection is beautiful. However, I went there to have two watches resized, and on one of them, they didn’t properly reattach the stem. As a result, the watch fell off my wrist 30 minutes later and is now scratched, even though I just received it for my birthday yesterday. I’m a bit disappointed, especially considering I paid $20 per watch for the resizing. :/

They mark some sort of excuse for it being undeliverable (despite other mail carriers delivering packages the same day), have redelivery requests turned off on the website, and dont pick up the phone ever. This post office has been a nightmare for the past two-three years. Neighbors mail gets delivered here. Packages left on the ground in inclement weather to get ruined. "Weather delays" on perfect sunny days. My mail is regularly stuck in limbo with no recourse and no one to contact.
