Rachel K: This is the cleanest gym you will ever find with beautiful windows overlooking the greenery!! The people who work there are incredibly nice and helpful. They always have clean towels, fresh water, wipes etc. Ive also noticed how considerate the clientele are. They dont hog equipment or spend eternity on the bench like at other gyms. Kimble will get you in shape with her spin or weight classes. Shes even taught me to row!!!

    9Round Kickboxing Fitness - Irvine
Sophie E.: Ive been debating on trying out boxing for quite some time, and randomly found 9rounds online and checked it out. The trainers are extremely kind, supportive, and want you to succeed! If youre a student like me, they accommodate to that as well! After just the 1st workout, I was able to learn some badass boxing moves and positions, as well as feel unjudged in a safe and welcoming environment. Overall, I am glad I checked out 9rounds!
    Club Pilates - Irvine
Marissa Wells: I just took my first intro class at Club Pilates with Jennifer and loved it! She was so friendly, encouraging, and made me feel super comfortable as a beginner. I can’t wait to come back for more classes!
    Neaumix Fit Northwood - Irvine
Bill Steele: Love coming to this studio. All the instructors are so good, but even more so, are so helpful. I am newer to pilates and this has been a great experience for me and I will continue to come for sure. Love the studio and love the staff!
    KINETIC - Irvine
Yichun Wu: Pretty small but very nice.
Flex Fitness OC - Laguna Hills
    Flex Fitness OC
Lee Morgan: Absolutely Fantastic gym for several reasons which Ill break down below. Staff: super welcoming and helpful not only prior to joining (This was big for me because I wanted to know what I was signing up for.) Talked to both Sarah and Peter (Manager) at length asking questions about the space the equipment, the fees, what I would need to do if I needed to cancel et cetera. two things that were noteworthy is both Sarah and Peter were super patient and answered every question I had and were incredibly polite and kind during this process. Secondly Flex is incredibly transparent in their pricing and there is no "gotcha" that there is at a lot of other gyms. Equipment: This is what you come here for. Easily some of the best equipment Ive ever gotten to use. They have a lot of Panatta machines, a standing lateral machine, some unique pieces of equipment that will really help you get your movements down. All in all everything in the gym is incredibly high quality. Culture: This was a focus for me. Everyone is incredibly kind, courteous and helpful. Genuinely the people Ive interacted with are all trying to be better and are happy to lend a hand. Very positive vibes for sure. Features: sauna, private shower, posing room, you get a lot for what is a very reasonable and transparent membership. If youre trying to get to your next level or just have a stress free place to work out. Flex Fitness has you covered. Honestly its a fantastic gym and is easily one of South OCs hidden gems.
Art of Strength Fitness - Irvine
Marla Parker: I love coming here! The team really cares about your success. The trainers are nice, helpful, knowledgeable, approachable and non-judgmental.
    Orangetheory Fitness - Tustin
Mona: I’ve been a loyal Orangetheory member for 2 years with a Premier Unlimited membership, but my experience at the Tustin - The Market Place studio was beyond disappointing. I arrived 9 minutes late to a 5:20 pm class due to my hospital shift running late. Despite there being empty rowers, I was refused entry and told I’d be charged a late cancel fee. What made this worse was that the manager completely neglected to speak with me directly. Instead, the front desk staff relayed an ultimatum: I could avoid the fee by switching to a later class, but only if I agreed to no longer book classes via the app—effectively banning my entry. This felt discriminatory and incredibly unprofessional. I’ve visited about 5 different OTF studios across both the East and West coasts, and I’ve never encountered treatment like this. Every other studio I’ve been to has been understanding and flexible in similar situations. It’s a stark contrast to the welcoming environment I’ve come to expect from Orangetheory. I’ve always relied on OTF for stress relief, but after this experience, I won’t be returning to this studio and would caution others about the poor treatment I received. I’ve also included photos of the 5:20 pm class, showing the empty rowers, to further illustrate the unreasonable nature of this situation.
Club Fitness Addiction - Huntington Beach
paul williams: This place has some good reviews. My experience here wasnt good at all. One week after signing up, on a Sunday, a steroided up kid threw a steroid-rage fit that was directed at me. The following Monday, I told the owner about the situation. The owner quickly and assertively told me that he doesnt tolerate that, and that hed revoke the kids membership. So, it turns out that this kid is a friend of the owner. Nothing was done, and nothing was ever acknowledged, again. Not a good environment. Especially for a small studio gym.
