    Mary Philippsen: Cust service is no longer available. I could not get through to a person to file a claim for a broken windshield. The transfer you to a company they work with. Left messages everywhere to track down a real person to bypass their company as i already scheduled with my preferred glass company. I spent over 2 hours trying to get help before my appointment. All woodcreek is good for is selling you a policy, making their commissions and then ignoring you when you need assistance. Everything nowadays has to be done online with no options for the customer. Looking for a new insurance company.
