ElizaBeth Alexander: Amina is one of my favorite trainers in Santa Barbara. She pushes me out of my comfort zone into developing new skills and building my strength, and does it with a smile, a ton of love and all while keeping it fun. Amina has helped me build my confidence. Her space is absolutely beautiful-I dont even feel like Im in a gym! In addition to enjoying training with her one-one-one, I love taking classes (including the yoga) in her space... she attracts kind, thoughtful and fun people and I love the community.
    Lilley Fitness - Santa Barbara
Alma Arvidsson: Incredible, amazing, warmht, joy, powerful, welcoming, I can go on forever, there is not enough words do describe this gym, this community that Erika has created, from scratch. However, for me this is not just a gym, for me this is where I feel safe, seen and at ease, going to this gym is my mindfullness, my therapy, its my safe space, this is where I see my family. Moving abroad alone without my family, and becoming a member of Lilley Fitness is the best decision I ever made. Every class is giving me the best energy. Erika is an incredible coach and mentor and has helped me to become the best athlete I have ever been. She believes in you and make you believe in yourself. I took one step inside this gym and I instantly knew that I would NEVER want to leave. You want to become a member of the Lilley Fitness family, I promise, you will not regret it.
Santa Barbara My Gym Children’s Fitness Center - Santa Barbara
Kait Hamilton: We recently started going to My Gym and it has been absolutely amazing from my 8 month old. My son has recently started crawling and always wants to do something. My Gym has been great because there is so much room for him to move around with soft floors and soft things to play on (mats, stairs, etc). The teachers are awesome and set up different exercises for the kids, and they do a great job helping them through the exercise and making it a positive experience. The owner, Charles, is also extremely nice, great with kids and has created an awesome business. Highly recommend for littles who need something to do!
HWD Fitness Santa Barbara - Santa Barbara
Irving Roca: I have been very impressed with the detail and attention Coach Xairo and Jonathan put in. If you are looking for a workout then this is the place. My 14 year old daughter has seen her benefits of Coach Xairos workouts and he gets the results in if you put in the work! My only Con is the parking lot!!! The kids boxing class is also taught by someone who really wants to teach kids. This looks like a great place where they can start to build their own fighters. I used to do boxing and this is a great step to start for the kids. I got a little scared when I saw they have “certified boxing trainers” (they do more cardio boxing like a Zumba class) which is ok but I was looking for a program that teaches more about technique vs the cardio aspect and I was relieved they went with someone like Jonathan who has natural ability to teach with corrections and still adds in cardio! Favy is wonderful and always super helpful. She is amazing! The owner really has a great solid foundation with Favy and Coaches Xairo and Jonathan and they will continue to grow. They also bring in coaches from other locations and it gets good! Shoutout to Coach Stephanie and Anthony!!!
Variant Training Lab - Santa Barbara
Mark Hannah: Best gym around, amazing trainers and physical therapy, helped me through a knee injury. they include lots of metrics to track improvement. Cold plunge and contrast theory is all top notch. Highly recommend
    EĹŤS Fitness - Goleta
J Enix: I signed up for golds gym and they illegally signed my wife up for a second membership. We were not notified they signed her up for her own membership agreement until I cancelled my membership and noticed we were still being charged. If you sign up with at the Goleta location, be careful to hide your family members names from them or you will all be paying separate $60 gym memberships. My wife never stepped foot in the gym and yet they somehow had her signature and everything?
WH Body Refinery - Santa Barbara
Tanna Zahony: I love going to the Body Refinery! Whitney and her staff are so kind and very welcoming. This is probably the hardest, most fun, results driven work-out I have ever done. I love the Body Lines classes most but I also do Body Moves on the rebounder. If youre looking for a super fun and engaging challenge this workout will be that for you and so much more! Push your body and mind in a supportive uplifting environment! The music is loud, the choreography is lengthening, strengthening and always fresh! I usually go to Jamie or Whitneys classes because thats what works best for my schedule but all the instructors are great!
    Fitness Transform - Santa Barbara
Alan Irwin: Fitness Transform is an apt description. Ive worked with Mikki for several years, and in that time Ive eliminated back and joint pain, lost weight, and built up my strength and endurance. More than just a trainer who counted reps, Mikki has been a partner with me as Ive worked to improve my overall health. The Paleo lifestyle she teaches and advocates has created massive improvements in my everyday life. I cannot recommend her enough.
    Longevity Training Club - Montecito
Nick Brandis: A hidden gem in Montecito. This gym has everything a cross trainer would need and an incredible ownership / management team who fosters a great community atmosphere. Even if you’re a classic weight lifter who just likes to squat / bench or a class-maniac, this gym gets you what you need. Perhaps the best thing about it — it’s open 24 hours a day and you get a private code to enter, so you can go on your schedule — and it’s never crowded!
The Training Room - Santa Barbara
Joseph Rich: Its people are very nice
