I was fortunate to be referred to Ken Ruttenberg. In other legal disputes, I’ve had attorneys’ staff doing busy work and billing. That was not the case with Ken. He’s an extraordinarily efficient, knowledgeable attorney who is encyclopedic on HOA law. Ken prepared me for mediation and rigorously stood up for me when presented with fake evidence.
