He stated "Ill review your case and call you next week.", I anxiously awaited his call. It never happened. I sent a follow-up email. Finally, I received a boilerplate letter citing he declined the case. I requested a refund for the unused 30 minutes. No refund. He is not a litigator or trustworthy

Ive applied for US citizenship/naturalization and the Fong|Aquino law firm reviewed my status, did the legwork, took care of all applications, did all the paperwork (way more than I anticipated!), and handled everything every step of the way. On the interview day, Attny J Craig Fong attended the US Immigration interview with me, making sure everything was on-point and there were no unexpected surprises or questions I wouldnt know how to answer. Overall - excellent experience, made the whole process less stressful, and the results speak for themselves. My application was approved and I was sworn in as a new US Citizen in record time - literally in just a few weeks, vs "do it yourself" 8-10 month process that the US Immigration website was telling me my application would take.
