1 /5 Jane Smith: I had a plain 1mm gold band sized down by 3/4 here about a year ago. They removed more gold than they should have, and stretched the ring so the already thin band is half as thick where they made the cut. It is lumpy, looks terrible, and weakens the structural integrity of an already delicate piece. They called me when it was ready, saying to hurry and come immediately because they wanted to close early. I regret letting them rush me out before I could get a good look at the ring.
