The instructors are friendly, upbeat, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I feel energized when I walk in and leave invigorated!
There are a huge variety of workouts from which to choose, including the Bar Method class using weights and body weight, Bar strength focusing more on weight work, Bar cardio - focusing on cardio but using body weight work as well, Bar Flow which includes Bar Method and flow yoga and Bar Restore which focuses on stretching and breathing. The studio offers many combined classes as well! These, together with the introduction of new exercises every few months means you are never left wanting for something new and you’re always left feeling like you have accomplished something great for yourself and your body. A great workout every time!
The instructors’ focus on encouragement and form makes such a difference! They’re not just there to take you through a class, but to make sure you, personally, are maximizing the benefit for you.
They also work with us with an awareness of our different ages, and the importance of exercising to improve balance as we get older.
The Bar Method has created a family here in Tracy and I’m so lucky to be part of it!
