1 /5 Rylan Lewis: As a beneficiary of a Special Needs Trust managed by Strategic Legal Group, my experience has been deeply disappointing. A trustee’s primary responsibility is to act in the best interest of the beneficiary, but I’ve consistently felt unsupported, ignored, and left in the dark.
Communication has been a significant issue. Emails and inquiries often go unanswered or are addressed only after long delays, making it incredibly difficult to move forward with important decisions. When responses do come, they are often incomplete or fail to acknowledge the concerns I’ve raised, leaving me frustrated and stuck.
Beyond the lack of responsiveness, the overall management of the trust has felt resistant rather than supportive. Instead of collaborating to meet my needs, I’ve experienced deflections, delays, and a lack of urgency for issues that are critical to my independence and well-being.
I’m sharing this review to highlight my experience for others who may be considering this firm for trust management. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a trustee who prioritizes the beneficiary and communicates effectively.
