He was polite, professional, thorough, and patient as he reviewed all aspects of every account we have with State Farm. I appreciated how he took the time to find the best solutions to the questions and concerns I had about our account. Another employee created some problems for us when we first came to Phillip Call’s office and I wanted to find a different agent. But, so far, working with Kao has restored more of my confidence in this office.

When we met he took time to review my existing policy and advise me of what coverage and limits of liabilities that I needed. After comparing rates on my existing policy I was getting more coverage at a better rate with State Farm.
