5 /5 isabella Dickey: Although I am completely upset with all that went wrong with my car IMMEDIATELY after purchase, I will say that Silver Rock was outstanding for upholding thier end of the bargain. I purchased a mercedes with Drive time.. Ive previously left a review for them. The staff,yes , was awsone and the financing experience was super easy. However the vehicle began to fall apart after 11 DAYS!! MAJORLY! drive Time advertises the vehicles go through a rigorous 14 day inspection. With everything that went wrong i do find that hard to believe . Knowing this was a foreign car and a Mercedes i did purchase the warranty.. THANK GOD! the fuel pump ruptured and was leaking. Literally we could have died! I called Silver rock and the agent immediately got on it and had a referral with in minutes. I just got the car back and the warranty covered that completely. As well as the engine mounts that needed replacement. The entire thing was roughly $1700. So I am grateful for that! There are a few maintenance issues that the warranty does not cover that will ne about $1200 out of pocket. Which is fine. Thats what the contract stated. Im so disappointed with drivetime for not repairing any of it before it was sold. But I am happy with the warranty I purchased from silver rock. They covered exactly what they said they would.
