However, at the end, our policy was cancelled due to their incompetence. They "processed" the wrong amount due at the time and thanks to that, our policy was cancelled. They didnt even take accountability for their mistake, wanting to give us a "discounted" rate to pay 50% upfront to "restart" it. No, thanks. How unfortunate though, because AllState themselves as an insurance company and service are great.
