dont ever go here to get a policy. Broker Esmeralda and manager Victor are very rude and unprofessional. Victor will talk down to you like you are a child and he thinks he knows it all. Worst experience ever. Your policy will be cancelled without notice and they will not call or try to inform you beforehand even if theres money in your account and the error is on their part. Now we are left to start all over. Lost time and lost money. Please save yourself the lost time and money and go with a different company. Wish someone would have warned me and my family before going with them. As they dont except responsibility and dont try to resolve issues at all.
