1 /5 George Rivello: I recently submitted a straightforward legal inquiry through their online form, only to be met with an unexpectedly dismissive and unprofessional response from Donna Desantos, who I assume is a legal secretary. While I understand that the firm may not provide the specific services I requested, I would have appreciated a more courteous and constructive response, perhaps with a referral to another attorney who could assist me. Professionalism and basic politeness should be standard in client interactions, even when unable to accommodate a request. Unfortunately, this experience has left a poor impression of their office, and I cannot recommend their services.
