When I first transferred my Insurance to Roy Ray they compared my former insurance with what they had to offer and I actually would be receiving more coverage and the right type of coverage for my vehicle and home insurance for less than what I was previously paying! We have our Auto, Home & Earthquake Policies with them. With out a doubt they offer the best prices as well as excellent Customer Care. (Lori is incredibly wonderful and helpful to work with!). If you have a question or concern you will get a prompt reply. If you would like your policy reviewed due to change in travel mileage mileage (example: due to retirement) just call and they will make sure your policy and prices are adjusted accordingly! I have never felt more comfortable working with an insurance company and I always feel confident that I am in good hands!

Rene Garcia: Do not use this agency. Youd be sorry if you do. The owner and his staff are so unprofessional and dont know what Good Customer Service is. Once they bind your policy, you are on your own. These people wont even assist you in making a simple change to your policy, like adding your spouse to the policy. The staff where in over their head. I wanted my home insurance policy to include "replacement cost" and the cant do it. Then they started to dodge my calls. I eventually spoke to the owner Victor and he told me that I dont need replacement cost added to my policy. "But if you really want it, we will make the change." The change wasnt made and subsequently, he is not available to answer my calls. I changed brokers and the difference is like night and day.
