They have a variety of styles including contemporary and classic styles, and they carry estate pieces as well. Additionally, they offer appraisals and repairs Which was helpful when I had to cut off my wedding ring and get it resized. I find they offer affordable prices, allowing me to purchase items without feeling I’ve overextended my budget. Finally, the staff is always very personable and they go the extra mile to help you get what you want.

5 /5 Laura White: I asked Ropers to redesign my original wedding set which seemed outdated and no longer my style. They took apart the bands and used stackers to transform a previously sweet ring into an absolutely stunning ring. Then, they used the bands that had been removed and added another diamond to make another beautiful ring! Very pleased with the customer service and workmanship of my new rings.

I brought in several small items to be repaired and or reimagined, some items for appraisal, and some items that I wanted to bring new life to. Peggy was so patient and helpful even though I would not be spending a large amount of money. I was in a rush for some of the jobs and they were able to make it happen and even got the job done well before the promised date. Customer service was A+++. A hidden gem !
