No one has returned my call to help me with this issue or just to guide me on the process. I’ve been with this office for over 17 years the previous owner Mary Hutchison new how to take care of her clients. She took the time to give you the best advice and guide you. Now all they want is your money and for you to figure it out !! :(

1 /5 Jacob Winkle: Just here to update. Proof Allstate is the worst and so is Robert Andrews. LOOK ANYWHERE BUT ALLSTATE!! I switched to Toyota Insurance as you can see what Im paying now. $46/mo Then you can see what Allstate wants to charge me. Both are the same exact insurance coverage. Why would I pay you $94/mo Allstate, so you can tell me that you wont cover my 24-25 year old truck. Even if I had full coverage!

Robert Andrews is excellent and his staff including Sarah and everyone else that works there have taken excellent care of me and their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I’ve always been at companies that provide benefits but recently decided I wanted to try working for a start up. The only catch is that, since it’s early on, they don’t provide health insurance. Not only did I not really have the time to look for all these different plans but I also didn’t even really know where to start. I reached out to Sam and he was extremely personable yet very professional. He was able to get me side-by-side comparisons starting with a plan most similar to what I had at my previous company and others that better fit my lifestyle. I ended up getting a middle tier insurance with an additional accident insurance which covers accidents for rock climbing and cycling that I do which is paired with my middle tier health insurance. Now my total premium is low and my coverage is pretty high which is nice feeling taken care of and not having to pay an insane amount each month since it’s now coming out of pocket for me. Sam really helped me navigate these waters and got me set up in no time. Now I’m just enrolled on autopay and don’t have to think twice about it. After I had such an easy experience, I recommended a friend of mine who was in the video game industry and found some opportunities elsewhere that didn’t provide health insurance. Sam took care of him too. I highly recommend Sam if you want someone who knows these plans like the back of their hand and actually cares about getting people on a plan that fits their needs/lifestyle. Also, if you don’t have time to do all the side-by-side comparisons yourself or are unclear on the specifics (e.g., how deductibles and out of pocket maximums work exactly) Sam is your guy. Sam is now my health insurance guy.

dav pat: Originally I gave this car insurance broker 5 stars but what a disappointment today. I feel like I was deceived by this broker. At first contact David Miller gave us a quote for car insurance at a very attractive rate a little over 1000 dollars for 6 months at PROGRESSIVE with good guarantees. We agree to sign this contract. And today, we received a letter from PROGRESSIVE informing us that our insurance premium is increased by 600 dollars for the same period. The broker would not have provided the correct information so that we could benefit from the reduction. We then decide to call DAVID MILLER, the broker, directly to ask for explanations. He could not answer our questions, that he could not do anything for us and that we had to pay this increase. I find it dishonest to have contracts signed without inquiring into the clients history... to make them promise very good unfounded prices... Today this broker doesnt care about our situation, he has touched his bonuses. And we are in a shitty situation.... Thank you DAVID MILLER I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS INSURANCE BROKER AT ALL
