5 /5 Cyndi Daugherty: Bob Sutter has been doing our tax prep for many years. He is always very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. We recently had a very complicated return involving the sale of 2 homes in California and the purchase of 3 in Virginia. There were two 1031 Exchanges involved, which Bob was the person who made us aware of this possibility. Since he had done our returns for many years, he also advised us years ago to save all receipts for improvements on our primary residence. We had a large capital gain, but it was much less than it would have been had we not had that advice from Bob. It is well worth hiring someone who knows the ins and outs of tax code because they save you money in the long run.
