1 /5 Johnny Thao: Made changes to my premium and called to ask about my billing statement; the information provided by the first agent was said in confidence despite it being entirely wrong. I used the information provided by her, did my own calculations, and still the numbers did not add up (she also did it on her end). After realizing her response made no sense nor did it make up for the discrepancy in my billing statement, I was redirected to yet another agent. This agent I spoke with, whom you could tell was short tempered, quickly became frustrated and with a snarky tone had me pull up my billing statement to review how the numbers worked to produce my 6-month premium. Despite saying it in confidence, the numbers she provided and instructed me to add still did not add up to what was shown on my bill. Annoyed with her attitude, I politely thanked her for her thorough, albeit useless help, and hung up the phone. Changed insurances as of yesterday and can confidently say I wont be regretting it any time soon. If there is one thing this branch does very well in, it is training their agents to provide information with confidence regardless of whether it is accurate.
