Taken on as a client residing in another County, there was no concerted effort to ensure that I had the direct, in-person support I needed to pursue legal action against a major educational institution. Further, I felt dissuaded from meeting before the institutions’ governing body to defend the false claims made against me that led to my termination. I felt this was a matter of convenience for the firm, instead of helping me to fight and speak truth to power when it really counted. In this instance, I was advised to settle as it would result in a similar outcome, whether I spoke to the governing body or not. I also felt dissuaded from filing a lawsuit or going to the media with my concerns. With the amount of effort and documentation I put into this matter, I truly believe that I could have obtained a better outcome on my own and saved money. I would not recommend this firm or lawyer if you’re looking to make a difference or seek resolve, especially in matters involving workplace discrimination.

Tim Hold: Avoid this guy. I got paired with him as a part of my employers free legal consultation program. He is very rude and curt. He didnt let me finish explaining my situation before he interrupted and and gave his opinion. He was also audibly annoyed when I asked follow up questions. At one point he told me "he didnt want to keep repeating himself". I got the feeling he wanted to hang up the phone as quickly as possible.
