    Marlene Smith: Catherine has been the best insurance agent I’ve honestly ever had. From the subtle kind gesture of sending me delicious cookies after becoming my agent from day 1, to helping me through a claim that happened on private property & holding my hand through it all as my first incident to being an overall amazing agent by keeping me well informed & her honesty. She never hesitated to be there when I needed her, had questions or needed answers or something fully explained-she was there to make sure I fully understood policies & she does it with patience & great customer service. You can tell she truly cares about her clients & her efforts show! Unfortunately State Farm raised the prices in Jan 2025 for California & Oregon, which increased my monthly premium nearly $50 & it was already at $300 a month for full coverage auto & renters bundle. I was doing what I could to keep my agent, however found another insurance that offered the same premium, coverage & deductible for $150 less at $210 a month & I could not refuse financially. This has been one of the hardest things for me to adjust to, as I already Miss Catherine & my State Farm customer service. Financially though, I couldn’t justify it. I sure do hope I can return at a later time & get Catherine back. She’s amazing.

    James Ferguson: I called Marc late one afternoon as the office was closing, leaving a message about damage to my vehicle. The first thing the next morning I received a call from Marc himself. He very expertly explained the claims process and how I could register an account with State Farm so I could follow the progress of the claim via my email and smartphone. He called me back in just a few minutes with my claims number and the process was under way immediately. Before we had completed the call we discussed a rental car company to use. Within a few minutes I received a call from the rental car company, as State Farm had already contacted them to call me. I was totally impressed with Marcs quick response and his reassuring calm, friendly demeanor. He immediately reduced the stress I was feeling. I would recommend Marc to anyone who is seeking expert and caring service.

    Kacey Jones: Great coverage for an affordable price. Just make sure the payment is actually taken if ur on auto payments because they charge $30 for a missed payment and then try to tack on a $500 cancellation policy. I didnt even know payment hadnt been taken. No emails. No phone calls. My bank didnt notify me. All i got was a "you owe $500" email. I did call them and it was sorted but better communication if your dealing with people. Other then that. The I have full coverage and all the add ons for cheaper then most liability
