1 /5 Sonya Elm: Absolutely worst customer service I have ever encountered. Went in to get information about opening an account and the woman at the entrance was the rudest, most condescending person Ive encountered at a bank. Turned around and left as soon as I could. Definitely will take my business elsewhere. So much for "local".

1 /5 Michael Stratton: This isn’t a “full service” bank like they claim. They can’t even cash a check there. lol. How is that full service?
